How is waterproofing done?
Every leak has one thing in common: by the time it becomes visible indoors, it has usually travelled far from its entry point. That is why we do not apply coating "blindly" — we first find where the water enters, using moisture meters, a thermal camera and, when necessary, dye tracing.
We then select the system according to the surface and use case: spray-applied polyurea for terraces and roofs with up to 300% elasticity, polyurethane for balconies and wet areas, bituminous membranes, crystalline waterproofing for foundation curtain walls and cement-based systems. All of them are installed with correct slope, drainage and parquet detailing.

Yes. Using a moisture meter, a thermal camera and, when necessary, dye testing, we locate the entry point of the leak. The point where the stain appears and the point where water enters are often not the same place.
Not always. If the substrate is sound and the slope is correct, polyurethane can be applied over the tiles after a suitable primer. However, if there are voids, blisters or moisture underneath, stripping down is essential for a permanent fix.
Polyurethane systems are typically ready for foot traffic in 24–48 hours; cement-based systems reach full load in 3–7 days. Air temperature and humidity affect these times.
Yes. Depending on the system and substrate, we provide a written workmanship warranty of 5–10 years; the manufacturer warranty of the product is kept separately in your file.
